Zeno from Hawler Auto did an inspection on my Micra and he was excellent! I appreciate that he took the time to show me that my front brakes were rusted (instead of just telling me) so that I could make an informed decision. As a new car owner, I am still learning everything that I need to know about my car. Zeno was very forthcoming but not at all pushy and I trusted his opinion. The front brakes were replaced in a timely manner and I also had an oil change done. Andy did the oil change and answered all of my many questions at the same time. He is an excellent teacher! Both Andy and Zeno were very professional and I’d be happy to have either of them work on my car again. I will definitely be using Hawler Auto in the future and I am excited to finally have an auto body shop I feel comfortable bring my car to for repairs/maintenance!
